First Look: Marvel's 'Doctor Strange'

By the hoary hosts of hotness, Marvel fans! Entertainment Weekly recently unveiled a very early first look at Benedict Cumberbatch as Marvel's latest superhero, Doctor Strange. Star Words: The Seed of Learning

Yesterday, I talked of planting new seeds so if you're suddenly confused by my title, read on and you'll gain some understanding...hopefully. Okay, moving on... Unless you've been living under a rock, you'll know that one of the biggest movies this year (from one of the biggest movie franchises ever) is Star Wars: The Force Awakens.  Everything, from toys to shaving cream, has their stake in this particular film franchise. Including online dictionaries. Merriam-Webster has created a quiz to test the Average Joe, Jedi, and Jabba alike on the vocabulary found in the Star Wars Universe. So, tying in the title, this is my seed to you. The seed of learning. I love to learn and this quiz truly tests your knowledge of Star Wars words and the history behind them ( which I love! ). A New Year, A New Leaf

Henrik Ibsen once said, "A thousand words will not leave so deep an impression as one deed." But I like to say, "A thousand words will not leave so deep an impression as one seed." This upcoming year is a year for big changes: a new job, new place to live, and new chances to plant seeds of love and truth. This is the year for planting seeds; for turning over a new leaf. I'm planning to do a 365 daily writing prompt challenge for 2016. Not a resolution. Not a promise. But a chance to plant 365 seeds. Well, actually 366 - it being a leap year and all.
